calling all computer whizzes
i’m pretty decent with the comp, having rescued mine with the jaws of life on several occasions, but i’m baffled by my mom’s computer. how can i get rid of this update.exe that’s eating all the RAM? i can’t end the process, i ran msconfig, and i tried to remove it from the registry, all to no avail — persistent bitch. is there something i can do or should i call a “geek”?
Doesn’t sound good if it’s eating ram and can’t be easily stopped. Sounds like this.
